Vita-Grain

With only 1 gram of fat per slice, ZERO trans fats and ZERO saturated fat, this is one of our healthiest loaves yet! We only use healthy soy oil, so this bread has polyunsaturated fats, which recent research has suggested can reduce prostate and breast cancers (Chen et al., 2007; Pala et al., 2001). Low in sodium, high in potassium and over 14 vitamins and minerals, this bread is a healthy choice! Forget those low-carb diets, give your brain the glycogen it needs!

Vita-Rite

Made with unbleached wheat and malt barley flour, we have snuck in all the good stuff without sacrificing that flavor and texture you love! As with our Vita Grain loaf, we only use healthy soy oil which gives you the healthy polyunsaturated fats that the American Heart Association says can help reduce your bad cholesterol levels when you use them in place of saturated and trans fats. Low in sodium, high in potassium and over 14 vitamins and minerals, this bread is a healthy choice!
